Ingredients:
1/4 C. finely chopped
onion
1/4 C. finely chopped
celery
1/4 C.
catsup
2 extra large
egg whites
1/4 C. dry
breadcrumbs
1 tsp.
liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp.
black pepper
1 pound ground round
Instructions:
Place all ingredients, except beef, in mixer bowl and mix at low speed to blend well. Add beef to catsup mixture and mix at low speed until
blended
. Do not over mix. Shape into a loaf about 3-1/2 by 7 inches. Place in a pan that has been sprayed with pan spray, or lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees F. about 1 hour, or until browned and firm. Pour off any fat and drippings, and let set for 10 minutes before cutting into equal slices.
