Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 tbs sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
2 tbs butter or margarine, melted
2 tbs chopped pimientos
1 tsp dried minced onion
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir just until moistened. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until bread tests done.
