Ingredients:

1 1/4 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (16 ounce) can pork and beans, undrained
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup ketchup
3 tbs brown sugar
3 tbs vinegar
2 tbs prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Instructions:

In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef; drain. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until tender. Stir in all of the beans. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; add to bean mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 2-1/2-qt. casserole. Top with bacon. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until heated through.
