fillets
6 tablespoons butter
Creole seasoning
1/2 cup chopped
onion
1 small green
bell pepper
, chopped
3 cloves
garlic
, crushed
Instructions:
In a large
skillet
, melt butter over medium-low heat; Season catfish with Creole seasoning. Place catfish in skillet and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn once and add vegetables. Cover and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender.
