Ingredients:
1 lb
Ground beef
2 tbsp Butter
2 cup Chopped
onion
2 cup Chopped
celery
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cup Hot water
1 can
Mushroom soup
1/3 cup Soya sauce
1 cup Uncooked rice
Instructions:
Brown the ground beef in the butter, add the onion and celery when the beef is almost done so they get a bit tender. Add remaining ingred. Pour into a glass casserole dish, cover, and bake at 350F, 1 hour. Stir and serve. Great with a stir fry.
