Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb
Ground beef
1/2 cup
Onion
, chopped
1
Garlic
clove, minced
16 oz Solid pack
pumpkin
2 cup Water
1 package Taco seasoning
1 1/2 tsp
Chili powder
1 tsp Salt
1 cup
Cheddar cheese
, shredded
1 cup Corn chips, crushed
1/2 cup
Sour cream
Red pepper flakes OR Hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
In 3 quart
saucepan
, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown. Drain. Add pumpkin, water, taco seasoning, chili powder and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Season with red pepper flakes or hot pepper sauce. Garnish with cheese, corn chips and sour cream.
Optional: add 16 oz red kidney beans; drained.
