Ingredients:
2 cup milk
chocolate
chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 x (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Dash salt
1/2 tsp
peppermint
extract
1/4 cup crushed hard peppermint candy
Instructions:
In a
saucepan
over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat, stir in extract. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8- or 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with peppermint candy. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto a cutting board, peel off foil and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
