Apple And Cheese Carpaccio

1/2 lbs Emmental Cheese, Sliced Into Thin Strips1/2 cups Sliced Celery2 pcs Red Apples1 tsp Sesame Seeds3 tsp Balsamic Vinegar (or Red Wine Vinegar)5 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Ground Black Pepper


Core and cut apples into quarters.
Slice each quarter crosswise into 1/2 inch chips.
In a separate bowl, mix chopped apples and celery. Arrange in serving plates with sliced emmental cheese.
Sprinkle balsamic vinegar and olive oil on top.
Garnish with sesame seeds and ground black pepper.
