Baked Bean Soup

Ingredients:

3 cup Cold baked beans6 cup Water2 slice Onion2 Stalks celery with leaves1 1/2 cup Stewed and strained tomatoes1 tbsp Chili sauce1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper1 tsp Sugar2 tbsp Butter2 tbsp Flour

Instructions:

Put beans, water, onion, and celery in saucepan; bring to boiling point, and then simmer 30 minutes. Rub through a sieve, add tomato, chili to tomato mixture. Cook together and heat through.

Note: Bush’es canned beans are recommended because they resemble homemade bake beans.
