Baked Mushroom Chicken

1/2 cup Pancake mix8 Chicken breasts with bone1 can Cream of mushroom soup1 package Onion soup mix1 can Milk – soupcan full1 lb Mushrooms thickly slicedParmesan cheese


Mix slat, pepper and pancake mix. Shake chicken in mix and place in baking dish 9×13. Place mushrooms over chicken.

Mix soups and milk and pour over chicken and mushrooms.

Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour in 375 oven. Then uncover and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 15 min. Serve.
