Beef Biscuits

3 can Refrigerated biscuits1 lb Ground beef1 sm Onion, chopped1/4 cup Chopped green pepper1 can (8oz) tomato sauce1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper1/2 tsp OreganoOil for frying


Brown beef, onion and pepper. Stir in sauce and seasonings, mixing well.

Roll out each biscuit into a 5″ circle. Place 1 rounded tablespoon meat mixture on each; flod in half and seal with tines of fork.

Fry about 3″ of oil to 375F. Deep fry each biscuit until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
