Wash and trim leaves from broccoli. If stalks are very large, split lengthwise through flower and all. Arrange in a single layer in the bottom of a large skillet. Pour 1/2 C. boiling water over broccoli and sprinkle with salt. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until stalks are just tender and water is evaporated. Meanwhile, sauté almonds in 1 Tbsp. butter until golden. Add remaining butter and lemon juice. Heat until butter melts. Pour over broccoli. Serves 4 to 6.
