Corn Oysters

2 egg yolks2 C. fresh corn, grated1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/4 C. flour3 egg whites, stiffly beaten


Add the beaten egg yolks to the grated corn and add salt and pepper. Mix in flour and fold in the well-beaten egg whites. Drop onto a well-greased skillet in globs the size of an oyster. Brown on both sides and serve at once. Makes 12.
