Country Pork Roast

1 C. water2 tsp. lemon juice1 tsp. salt1 1/2 C. ketchup1 C. open pit sauce (regular flavor)4 Tbsp. brown sugar1 medium onion1 large pork roast


Cook roast 6 to 8 hours until meat falls apart. Mix roast (without bone) with all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer at least 2 hours. Great on hamburger buns with a slice of cheese.
