Creamy Pea Salad Posted in : Salads on by : Daphne Ingredients: 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled1 green onion, chopped1 tsp white wine vinegar or cider vinegar3 cups peas, fresh or frozen1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper Instructions: In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Add peas, toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
