Drumsticks With Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

12 chicken drumsticks skinned1 can frozen orange juice concentrate1 jalapeño pepper seeded, slice thinOr a fresh mild green chile3 Tbsp. honeyOr maple-flavored syrup2 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. dried onion flakes

Instructions:

Place chicken in crock pot. In small bowl combine orange juice, honey, tapioca, chile pepper, salt, onions. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low about 5 hours or until tender. Spoon sauce over chicken.
