Fish House Barbecue

Ingredients:

2 c Tomato sauce; (15 oz. can)1 ts Salad herbs, dried1/2 c Dry white wine1/2 ts Sugar4 tb Butter, melted1/2 ts Salt2 tb Lemon juice1/8 ts Hot pepper sauce2 tb Green onion, chopped6 Trout, whole, dressed

Instructions:

In small saucepan, combine tomato sauce, wine, melted butter, lemon juice,
green onion, salad herbs, sugar, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Simmer 10 to
15 minutes.
Grill fish over hot coals 10 minutes on each side.
Brush both sides of fish with sauce during the last few minutes of
grilling. Pass remaining sauce.
