Fish In Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

4 Large White Fish — fillets1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric1 Teaspoon Salt1 Tablespoon Ghee1 Large Onion — thinly sliced2 Cloves Garlic — finely chopped1 Teaspoon Ginger — finely chopped3 Large Jalapeno — finely chopped1 1/2 Cups Coconut Milk1 Lemon Lemon Juice

Instructions:

Rub fish with turmeric and salt. Saute in ghee: onion, garlic, ginger and jalepenos, 10 minutes. Dive coconout milk in 1/2. Dillute 1/2 with water, add thsi dilluted milk to onions, bring to simmer. Add fish, cook 10 minutes. Add remaining milk, heat through, add lemon juice and serve.
