Ingredients:

4 x Bakersfield Biscuits1 x jumbo yellow onion1 x red pepper1 x green pepper1 x portabella mushroom1 x Roma tomato1 clv garlic1 cup shredded Mozzarella1 oz extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

Cut biscuit in half, brush with olive oil Top with shredded vegetable and mozzarella Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 7 minutes.

Prep: clean, peel and slice all vegetables as thin as possible.
