Ginger Rice With Pork Chops

2 cups sliced celery1 clove garlic, finely minced2 tablespoons butter or margarine2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules2 tablespoons water3 cups cooked rice1/2 cup diced pimientos1 teaspoon ground ginger1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper4 grilled pork or lamb chops


Cook celery and garlic in butter in large skillet until celery is tender crisp. Stir in bouillon granules dissolved in water. Stir in rice, pimientos, ginger and pepper. Turn into greased shallow baking dish.

Top with chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
