Halloween Yam Pie

Ingredients:

4 C. Kraft miniature marshmallows1/2 C. milk1 can Royal Prince yams, drained and mashed1 C. whipping cream, whipped1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

Instructions:

In 2 quart saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows in milk stirring occasionally. Add mashed yams, mixing thoroughly. Chill about 30 minutes, until thick. Gently fold whipped cream into yam mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with additional whipped cream or chopped pecans.
