Hamburger Kraut Casserole

1 lb. hamburger1 small onion, chopped1 can cream of mushroom soup5 oz. or 2 1/2 C. noodles, cooked1 (No. 303) can sauerkraut, drained3/4 C. water1 can cream of celery soupVelveeta cheese slices


Brown hamburger and onion. Drain off fat. Put into 9″x13″ pan. Pour sauerkraut over meat. Add the noodles. Heat soups and water. Pour over all. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Lay cheese slices over the top and bake about 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
