Ingredients:

3 C. cutup cooked beef1 package frozen hash browns-24 to 32 oz. thawed1 onion finely chopped1 green bell pepper finely choppedor combination red and green peppers1/4 C. melted butter or margarine1 C. beef gravy to 1 1/2 C.Salt to tasteFreshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. May be cooked on high for 2 to 3 hours, or doubled for a larger crock pot.
