Italian Chicken Stew Posted in : Slow Cooker on by : Daphne Ingredients: 12 Tyson boneless skinless chicken thighs2 cans diced tomatoes with Italian herbs-14 1/2 oz. each2 C. cubed zucchini squash1 C. peeled fresh pearl onions1 C. fresh baby carrots2 Tbsp. tomato paste2 garlic cloves minced1 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes1/2 tsp. salt8 C. cooked pasta Instructions: Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Combine all ingredients in large crock pot, mix well. Cook on low setting at least 6 hours or until internal juices of chicken run clear.
