Italiano Florentine Rice

3/4 pound lean ground beefSalt and pepper2 14-1/2-ounce cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed (do not drain)3 cups cooked riceGrated or shredded Parmesan cheese


Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, about 5 minutes or until beef is crumbly and browned. Drain fat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in tomatoes and spinach. Simmer over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in rice and cheese. Serve immediately.
