Jiffy Doughnuts

Ingredients:

1 can refrigerated biscuitsCinnamon and sugar

Instructions:

Melt enough fat in a deep fryer or heavy pot to cover 4 inches deep. Cut 1 can of refrigerated biscuits in half. Drop biscuit halves into hot fat. Cook until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Can be dipped in cinnamon and sugar or powdered sugar.
