Marinade Sauce

Ingredients:

Combine:1/2 C. soy sauce1/4 C. brown sugar1 tsp. dry ginger2 cloves2 Tbsp. oil1/4 tsp. pepperGarlic, minced

Instructions:

Mix well. Cut 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak in strips 1/4 inch thick by 1 inch wide. Add to sauce, stir to cool. Let stand 2 hours. Baste with marinade. 4 or 5 servings. Broil over hot coals.
