Marshmallow Creme Fudge 2

Ingredients:

3/4 cup margarine3 cup sugar1 x (5z.) can evaporated milk1 x (12oz.) package semisweet chocolate bits1 x (7oz.) jar marshmallow creme1 cup chopped nuts1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Microwave margarine in 4-quart microwave bown on HIGH for 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar and evaporated milk; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, until mixture begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes.

Mix well; scrape bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 5 1/2 minutes, stirring again after 3 minutes. Stir in chocolate until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into buttered 9×13 inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares when cool.

Makes 3 pounds.
