1. Combine first six ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Set aside.
2. Bring broth to boil then drop meatballs; simmer for about 10 min. Add vegetables and herbs one after the other. Simmer another 10 min. or until meatballs are cooked and vegetables are crisp-tender.
