Minestrone Stew

1 lb ground beef1 small onion, chopped1 (19 ounce) can minestrone soup1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies1 tsp salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder


In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.
