Minted Pea Bread

1 1/2 C. peas; fresh or frozen2 tsp. yeast3 C. bread flour3 Tbsp. wheat bran1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar1/4 tsp. black pepper1/3 C. fresh mint leaves; chopped or 1 Tbsp. dried7/8 czger


Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start. In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 C. less water.
