Old World Rye Bread Posted in : Bread Machine on by : Daphne Ingredients: 1 C. -plus 2 Tbsp. warm water,1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil,1/3 C. molasses; in a separate bowl mix together:2 1/2 C. bread flour,1 tsp. salt,1 C. medium rye flour,1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa,1 Tbsp. caraway seeds; and3 Tbsp. gluten; optional,2 tsp. active dry yeast. Instructions: Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
