One Dish Breakfast

Ingredients:

1 lg. pkg. frozen Ore-Ida O’Brien potatoes2 1/2 C. milk1/2 tsp. salt1 lb. sausage, cooked & drain6 eggs, well beaten1 C. sharp cheese, shredded

Instructions:

Butter a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Place potatoes and sausage in dish. Pour in eggs, milk and salt which have been combined. Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
