Oriental Marinade

1/4 C. soy sauce3 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons vinegar.1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger3/4 C. vegetable oil1 green onion, finely chopped


Mix together soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Blend in garlic powder and ground ginger. Add vegetable oil and green onion. Place meat, poultry or fish in pan and cover with marinade; let stand 4 hours or longer. Barbecue over glowing coals until desired doneness, while brushing with marinade.
