Polish Bouja Soup

1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken — skin removed, deboned, and diced2 lbs boneless pork loin, cubed3 lbs cubed beef stew meat4 tbs vegetable oil1 lb chopped onions1 green bell pepper, diced1 bunch celery, diced1 large rutabaga, diced3 lbs carrots, diced2 lbs diced cabbage2 lbs chopped fresh green beans5 lbs potatoes – peeled and cubed1 lb frozen green peas2 (15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn2 (14.5 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoessalt to tasteground black pepper to taste


In a large stock pot over medium heat, cook chicken, pork, and beef in oil, until brown. Drain well.
Stir in onion, bell pepper, celery, rutabaga, carrots, cabbage, green beans, potatoes, corn, tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer over medium-low heat all day long, adding water as needed, until thickened.
