3 pineapple slices, quartered3 bananas, quartered2 tablespoons butter or margarine1 pound boneless veal, cut into very thin strips1 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper3 cups hot cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)1/4 cup slivered almonds2 cups curry sauce


Cook pineapple and bananas in butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove and keep warm. Cook veal strips about 3 minutes in same pan. Add salt and pepper.

Arrange meat and fruit over hot fluffy rice. Sprinkle with almonds and garnish with cherries, if desired. Serve with hot curry sauce, prepared according to your favorite recipe or packaged mix.
