Roasted Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

8 medium ears of corn with husks and silks removedRefrigerated butter-flavored spray2 tbs butter or stick margarine, melted2 tbs prepared horseradish2 tbs Dijon mustard2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 ts salt1/8 ts pepper1/8 ts paprika

Instructions:

Spray eight 12in. x 10in. pieces of foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place one ear of corn in each piece of foil; spritz corn evenly with butter-flavored spray. Fold foil over corn and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium indirect heat or bake at 400F for 25 to 30 minutes or until corn is tender. Combine the butter, horseradish, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper; brush over corn. Sprinkle with paprika.
