Sourdough Cornbread

Ingredients:

1/2 c Active sourdough starter2 tb Margarine, melted1/2 c Cornmeal1 ts Salt1 tb Sugar1/2 c Sour cream or yogurt2 Large eggs, stirred1 c Unbleached flour1/2 ts Cream of tartar1/2 ts Baking powder

Instructions:

Mix ingredients in the above order, stirring only enough to blend the
mixture. Pour into a buttered pan. Bake in a 375 to 400 degree oven for
about 15 minutes.
