Spinach and Rice Alfredo

Ingredients:

1 garlic clove, minced2 tbs butter or margarine1/2 cup whipping cream1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 cups packed torn fresh spinach leaves1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp white pepper1 1/2 cups hot cooked rice

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, saute garlic in butter. Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese; cook for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. Add spinach, salt and white pepper. Cook for 1 minute or until spinach is wilted. Stir in rice.
