Sweet And Sour Sausage Kabobs

KABOBS;1 lb. fully cooked Kielbasa sausage, cut into 20 pieces2 red cooking apples, each cut in 10 wedges1 lg. green pepper, cut into 10 stripsGLAZE:1/4 C. brown sugar1 Tbsp. cornstarch2/3 C. apple juice1/4 C. cider vinegar1 tsp. grated orange peel, optional


Alternately thread sausage, apple and pepper on skewers. In saucepan, combine glaze ingredients and cook until boils and thickens. Barbeque over grill and brush with glaze. Cook over coals until sausage is hot and browned (about 10 minutes).
