Sweet ‘n Sour Baked Chicken

2 lb Chicken, Cut Up Into Pieces, Up To 3 Lbs1 Pouch Lipton Onion Soup1/4 cup Brown Sugar1/2 cup Tomato Sauce1/4 cup Water1/4 cup Vinegar1 cup Crushed Pineapple, Undrained


In a 12 x 8-inch baking pan, arrange chicken. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, drain. In a small saucepan, combine soup mix, brown sugar, tomato sauce, water, vinegar and pineapple. Simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened. Pour sauce over chicken and bake, basting occasionally, for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
