Taco Rice Posted in : Rice/Grains on by : Daphne Ingredients: 1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce1 (1 oz) package taco seasoning mix1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice1 (6 oz) can black olives, drained and chopped1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese1 cup sour cream Instructions: In a large pot, bring chicken broth, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning to a boil. Stir rice into the pot, cover and remove from heat. Let the pot stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir in cheese and olives; mix well. Serve with sour cream.
