Tuna Chowder

2 Tbsp. oleo2 C. cooked, sm. shell or othermacaroni noodles1 stalk celery, minced1 sm. onion, minced1/4 C. parsley, chopped1 (7 oz.) can water packed tuna,drained1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup1 C. chicken broth1 C. milk1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheesePepper to taste1/2-1 tsp. thyme


1. In medium saucepan, melt oleo. 2. Saute onion and celery until tender, not browned. 3. Blend in soup, broth, milk, parsley, tuna and noodles. Heat through. 4. Before serving, melt shredded cheese into soup. 5. Any appropriate cooked vegetables may also be added for different taste and texture. Serves 4.
