Tuna Wedges

Ingredients:

2 eggs1 1/2 C. cooked rice6 green onions, finely chopped2 cans tuna (7 oz.)1/2 C. butter1/4 tsp. thyme1 C. fine dry bread crumbs

Instructions:

In large mixing bowl beat eggs with fork. Add rice, onions and undrained tuna. Mix well. In small glass bowl place butter. Microwave at high 1 minute, until melted. Add to tuna along with thyme and crumbs. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly in lightly greased 9-inch glass pie plate. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high 9 to 11 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. Serve in wedges. Garnish with tomato slices. Makes about 6 servings.
